The unprecedented number of Democrats running for President in 2020 has prompted us to create these guidelines:

1. Candidates must have a solid progressive record and support from national progressive groups
2. Candidates must poll above 1% in 2 national polls or appear on lists of credible candidates.

Once a candidate is approved, the following terms apply:

1. Price: $1.25 per blast open
2. Minimum order $10,000 (8,000 opens)
3. State targeting only – no zip codes
4. No fundraising appeals
