1. New Leaders: let’s pass the torch to the next generation of Democratic leaders
    • Ben Wikler for DNC Chair: Democrats need a 50-state strategy like Howard Dean in 2004 – but this time it must be Internet-first
    • House Committee chairs: Jamie Raskin for Judiciary, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for Oversight
    • 2028 Presidential nominees: every Democrat who wants to run should appear on podcasts across the spectrum starting now
      • Andy Beshear, Cory Booker, Pete Buttigieg, Kamala Harris, Gavin Newsom, JB Pritzker, Gretchen Whitmer, etc.
  2. Rogan Chaser: let’s create and grow a school of small and medium-sized influencer fish to chase the Big Fish
    • We’re building a Team Blue Reddit with an open source tool in the Metaverse
    • We will integrate with BlueSky which has become Team Blue’s “Twitter”
    • We will feature the best content from Team Blue influencers and creators and make it easy for everyone to share the best content every day
  3. FreeCampaigns: let’s fund a complete suite of programs and data that Democratic candidates at every level can use for free to win elections starting in March 2025
    • We’re in conversation with a leading campaign vendor to make their toolset free to Democratic candidates everywhere
  4. Blue Towns: let’s gather activists in every town to form “blue teams” to change policies and win elections from the bottom up
    • January: as Trump rolls out his right-wing agenda, let’s gather at our local Post Office every Saturday to send protest postcards to our elected representatives in Congress, our states, and our towns
    • Spring: as local primaries begin, let’s recruit and elect progressive Democrats who will fight Trump
  5. 100 Million Strong: let’s target 100 million Dem-leaning voters and connect them digitally to the c4s that advocate on the issues they care about most so these c4s can turn them out to vote in every election. Use 2025 special elections to test strategies and tactics.
    • We’re in conversation with a leading voter file vendor to identify 100 million Dem-leaners
  6. Relational Organizing: let’s switch our voter contact strategies (texting, calling, and canvassing) from strangers to friends
    • We’re enhancing our SwipeBlue relational organizing app so candidates and activists can create their own campaigns to text friends who will support them with activism and donations
  7. VoteRaisers: let’s switch our supporter engagement strategies from fundraisers to voteraisers
    • We produce act.tv livestreams featuring celebrities and organizers to register voters, mobilize activists, and turnout votes
