It's Hillary's Night!
Hillary introduced the widow of Arkansas Democratic Chair Bill Gwatney, who was recently murdered in his office. And she introduced the son of Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones, who recently died of an aneurysm. The two survivors sat next to Bill Clinton. What a classy family! Then she turned to policy issues and ripped the Bush Administration to shreds while praising Obama to the rafters. The convention is loving every second. You go, Hillary Clinton!

I have never been so happy
I have never been so happy and proud about the people in Democratic Party than I am tonight! As a former Hillary for President supporter,I listened to what she said at the convention tonight and she knocked it out of the ball park!
She is on the same page as Barack and expressed it in her message tonight! I can barely think right now because I'm so happy!
But I must say one thing to the current Hillary for President supporters: "Vote for Barack Obama! The nation needs your vote in November! He has what it takes to be President and Hillary knows it! She had the best speech ever tonight! If you vote for the other guy, you will be making a grave mistake. The other guy (who is compared to Bush's sidekick) is NOT more experienced for the Presidency as he claims he is. Senator Obama has what it takes and will take the country forward!
Another Proud Democrat
While I favored Barack during the primaries, I always viewed Hillary as being intelligent and a class act. She proved me right again tonight. We were so very fortunate to have Hillary and Barack fightingit out to the end. It's just too bad that one of them had to lose out. What a historic time, the first black and the first woman vieing to become President. AND--of course which party offered up this choice? You guessed it, the party of inclusion and diversity--us Democrats!!! Buzz
Hillary's speech was excellent!
She made it clear under no uncertain terms, that Barack
is her candidate and that party unity is paramount.
I was so impressed with her last night.
She is a great lady and a very important ally.
Bravo Hillary!
I agree, Kwahlf! She really
I agree, Kwahlf! She really had a great speech of unity! When she asked that we consider why we wanted her in the first place, was it for her or for the people, that was a pivotal point to think about for a Democrat.
Yes it was, PatriotMom.
That moment, that question, was the thesis of her speech.
It reminded me of JFK's famous statement,
" ask what you can do for your country"
She is one of the smartest ladies I know in politics or anywhere
for that matter.
She nailed it, and left nothing to the imagination.
Even Faux News can't spin this one!
Bravo Hillary!
