Eric And Donald Trump Allegedly Scammed Children's Cancer Charity

Sometimes, someone is accused of an action so freakin’ scummy and sleazy that it’s hard to believe anyone could do such a thing.
That is, unless the someones being accused – with some investigative reporting backing it up – are Eric and Donald Trump.
A blockbuster report in the latest issue of Forbes claims that Eric Trump diverted cancer charity money into his dad Donald Trump’s hands.
In other words, they allegedly skimmed money that was set for helping sick and dying children into Donald Trump’s coffers, instead of it paying for medical assistance and research – all using the Donald J. Trump and Eric Trump Foundations.

Here’s what happened:
In 2009 and 2010, $1.1 Million was contributed to the Donald J. Trump Foundation by outside donors. (For the record, a total $0 of that came from Donald J. Trump.) In 2010, the Donald J. Trump Foundation gave $100,000 of that money to the Eric Trump Foundation – to “offset” the cost of holding an annual golf fundraiser to fight pediatric cancer on Trump’s golf course, instead of just offering the golf course for free for charity events.
According to Forbes and two people directly involved in the event, Donald Trump personally demanded that the Eric Trump Foundation pay his for-profit business, Trump National Golf Club, with money that donors likely thought was going to the Children’s Charity. Even worse: “more than $500,000 was redirected to a variety of other charities, many of which were personal favorites of Trump family members and several of which had nothing to do with children’s cancer–but happened to become clients of Trump’s golf courses.”

Forbes doesn’t beat around the bush:

The Eric Trump Strategy: when a report comes out indicating you scammed sick kids, just claim your opponents aren’t even real humans.
Repulsive.
